Happy buyer as item arrived exactly as described! One thing to note, I did have to use lubriplate motor grease to smooth out the bearing gears. Once this was done, it worked perfectly and I was beating my old racing scores. Installed this into a g27 wheel setup and everything lined up perfectly. I understand I did not respond to messages from now, but I also understand that they have an advertisement on their website selling a protection plan for electronics. I purchased this protection plan, but nothing was ever explained to me who is selling it and that it wasn’t them selling it and it wasn’t eBay selling it, but it was square trade that was selling it, I resolved the problem on my own after they gave me the instructions on what to do. I don’t know why that wasn’t given to me
