Item is great & does exactly what I need it too, hold my cds in my car! My only complaint is that the shipping mailer wasn’t completely sealed & neither was the actual package of the item. Nothing was wrong with the cd holder, thankfully, but it did just fall out of the mailer & box when I opened it.

If I could put zero stars for communication and shipping I would. The backpack was supposed to be here july 26-28th. it did not ship. I wrote multiple messages for an update. It was supposed to be for my daughters first day of 4th grade for school. No response. No update. Nothing I had to buy another backpack for my daughter to start school with. She was DEVASTATED. I'm glad I FINALLY received it, she got to use if for her second week of school. Product was great. Communication HORRIBLE
