    What this seller had was promptly wrapped well and delivered quickly. Unfortunately as I suspected by the provided photo it was not an owners manual but just a "quick guide" along with warranty detail sheets to my blowers operation. I did message the seller before purchasing, but didn't get a reply and I was impatient to get the owners manual at the reasonable price the seller was offering. I could've returned it, but decided it was my fault partly and not worth the effort to send back.

    They did a pretty good job packaging this chainsaw, I'm impressed someone there knew to remove the chainsaw's bar and chain before shipping and package it separately to avoid damage. Received item as described and in good condition. Seller was quick to respond to my messages too. A++++

    this seller had about the lowest price on ebay for this battery. took a couple days longer to arrive than i thought it would would but hey, free shipping, can't complain and i only needed this as a back up for one i already have. battery was well packaged. looks absolutely new. saved me the hassle of breaking open one from a blister pack.
