The sender is very responsive and followup with issue promptly. The cabinet requires a bit of assembling skill and patience. Anyone with Ikea DIY skill should be able to manage well.

Bed itself is of very good quality and looks even better than on the photo. There is no manual but it is easy to assemble. I would recommend this company if you are after "different" bed.

Cabinet has a beautiful finish and even though it looks daunting to put together it assembles well. If you've built Ikea, you can build this. I would recommend it's a 2-person job, though I assembled it myself with not much of a problem. It's exactly what I wanted. Thank you. AAA+++
