    Sent wrong item, ordered full gloves yet received fingerless gloves. Messaged seller twice to have this issue sorted and on both occasions l was ignored. Fingerless gloves are cost less than full gloves yet l am expected to accept the cost. Will approach ebay to take this further. Wanted to buy more apparel but won't be buying any from this mob.

    It was advertised as a bright vibrant blue, hat, which I have the pictures of + I got sent a navy blue hat. No problems i thought, I'll judtbcontact the seller + they were just RUDE as!!! Hence this negative rating! When they wrote back/replied - I think they must have been so angry at me, as there was just sooooooo many spelling mistakes lol... But I'll keep the hat, good hat, ashame I didn't get the colour I ordered. This negative feedback is for the seller's animosity towards to me 👎👎👎👎

    Hi There, We advertised the colour as "Blue Navy" as we do not sell "Bright Blue". We respectfully replied with the order screenshot showing "Blue Navy" as the colour the buyer ordered.
