Courier service gave me the run-around and parcel was delivered to a news agency in another suburb. I don't drive but even if I did, I have paid $12.95 to have the item delivered to my doorstep. Customer service by seller was great, the item was great but the courier service has left a negative experience.

Seller didn’t post the item until 4 days after I paid for it (tracking dates and details prove this). It then took another 2 weeks to get delivered. I bought 2 other doormats from 2 other eBay sellers at the same time that I bought this one, and they were both delivered to me within a week. I’ll never use this seller again.
