  Exactly as described. Keeps cool throughout the night with the cooling cover, as described. Very firm and supportive pillow. Packed well, in a roll. I was worried it might not go flat properly. When opened it instantly lay flat so I was happy. Seller was happy to accept a PO Box address, very important if you do not have mail delivery and so many sellers will not send to a PO Box. 10 out of 10 for this seller.

  Seller was good with the communication in regards to my item being delivered. Unfortunately the courier service they used leaves alot to the imagination. They are a complete waste of time, i highly recommended the seller finds another service to use. I had to change the delivery address due to it being over the Christmas break, they charge me close to $16 to do so, was given a confirmation email saying it had been changed and yet they still continued to try and deliver it to the previous one.
