    Parcel arrived significantly short supplied. The short supplied item was of great quality. Contacted seller who apologised and offered full refund which was rapid. A Seller with large turnover may have the occasional glitch. The important thing is to take steps to rectify. Rectification happened extremely fast with bonuses.
