Quoted message from the seller: "Due to state restriction on the material, the item is not shippable to your location, would you mind providing us with the alternate address to ship your item to? Or a full refund would be fine?" This does not make sense at all. I believe the seller found that I live in a rural area and the postage was going to cost him more, so he decided not to go ahead with the order and refunded my money. I dont like liars!
