  In my note to the seller I asked them if they could pack my item well to protect it for during transit but it was just put in a box too big without any protection except for a bit of paper that was meant to hold it in place but did'nt & you could see it moved around freely, luckily it wasn't damaged. On a positive note the cookbook is colourful, I bought it for a Harry Potter fan who I know will love it. Arrived quickly & no probs with the seller.

  Item shipped out by seller quickly but actual shipping speed was incredibly slow. Boxed perfume packed in bubble mailer and not a cardboard box, so there are slight signs of damage to the box from transit. The product I received was fine, but I wish the shipping experience were better.
