    Item was not packaged at all! Damage visible on side and box, at least anything inside or around the fan would have prevented this damage! Have to take apart tomorrow and hammer out dent , so fan blade does not obstruct inside of fan when turning! Pathetic customer support and poor shipping preparation!

    Apologies about this, I thought I had it in their perfect without it moving. It looks like some serious weight from the shipping service was place on this item during transit since that plastic foot was able to bend the metal drum. Apologies about this again.
