Very impressed with Sellers customer service! The seller noticed that the item I had purchased was damaged before packaging. I was informed straight away and I was asked if I’d like to choose anything else from their shop that costs up to £35 (original item cost £27). I ended up receiving 2 items which arrived in perfect condition and I love them. I would definitely recommend this seller, I will be buying from them again :)

Despite the item sadly arriving broken, the seller was very positive and gave great customer service! Can't fault them because the item was very well packaged but due to circumstances outside of their control, the order arrived broken. The seller was quick to respond and very understanding! Would definitely shop with them again. Other than the damage the item was as (if not better) than described! 10/10

Sadly, the item arrived broken in the post despite being well packaged. The seller apologised profusely and immediately refunded the cost. The response seemed entirely genuine and I would happily use this seller again. Unfortunately, there was no immediate replacement for this item and I had to shop elsewhere.
