I had a concern and wrote to him. I received a very unfriendly answer. Customer service is very bad. In the end, I didn't even get an answer. I just got 10€ back without comments.
Fast delivery but my magazine had clear signs of usage that did not come through shipping. So the ad is definitely not right with new!

Yes, she wrote. Unfriendly, are you kidding me. I've never been rude to any customer, ever. I refunded the awful person $10.00, which I regret now. If she thinks every magazine that ships International will arrive perfect she is living in a dream world. I never said it was mint or near mint to start with. Look at her pics, a few minor dings, no creases, rips, torn places. Sellers block her like I did for your safety.
