  First of all, the shipping is slower than Christmas. Secondly, the guy will not return my expensive orthotic insert that I left in the shoe when trying it on. I've asked repeatedly and the imbecile just can't be bohered to return an expensive item. Now, I must go back to the doctor and get fitted for new ones. He also asked me to provide a shipping label. Talking about cheap. Not a good outfit. Go somewhere else.
