Item was supposedly delivered but I never received it. found out there seller has used PF logistics as a Courier. it's $50 item and it was just dropped off at either my door or any other door at the business park and either somebody has stolen it or the Courier person never dropped it off to start with there was no signature, nobody rang the doorbell. it seems that this person has used a cheaper Courier to save a dollar or two and that has resulted in me not receiving the item I paid for

I received the incorrect brackets, supplier apologised and offered $10 off if I kept them and re-ordered. I agreed as they are good quality brackets so thought I would keep them for another project. I received the second order and they are the incorrect brackets AGAIN! I didn’t receive the credit either. Seller has not responded to my last message yet.
