  This seller sold me a headlight with a broken tab while the headlight was completely and properly covered by bubble wrap, how can the tripod break at the same time during transportation? According to eBay's policy, the seller is required to display clear and high-quality images of the product. While the original images of the ad can be accessed in the eBay archive sent me headlight with broken and crak in tab and bracket, after contact with him told me part damaged in shipping process

  this buyer was told multiple times to return the item for a full refund after the item arrived damaged he refuses he claims I sold him a broken light on purpose and that my pictures are fraudulent and I sent a broken item on purpose he refuses to send it back for a refund because he claims that he wants to keep me from selling the broken light to someone else he was given multiple chances to return for full refund he flat out said no and would leave negative feedback which he has now done
