  Garbage quality item. No instructions provided and it simply does not work. Garbage customer service. Asked the seller for help, they said they do not have user manuals and told me "read the listing" (funny, the listing says that instructions are included...). They expect me to pay to send it back (tracked) at a cost of almost $10, which is more than the cost of the item itself, $8! Will not provide any actual assistance, complete refusal to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

  Item was not contained in a cellophane or plastic wrap, just loose in a cheap envelope. Shoddily made, bent easily and did not hold the ipad up - just fell over! Seller made refund process difficult and appears to have accused me to tampering with the item in some way (not the same as when it was sent) - this is untrue. What is weird is that ebay refunded me (because seller refused to) AND they refunded the seller. Go figure.
