  The box was open but the item was flawless as described. I thought I had an issue getting my service transferred over but when I messaged the seller, they quickly helped me resolve the issue. I love the new color, I honestly didn't think I would like it, but it is fantastic. I save a lot of money buying from this seller rather than the Cricket Store.
