    The laptop arrived quickly, and it was perfectly new in the unopened box exactly as described! I love it! Seller even made sure my warranty was updated with Lenovo from the date of purchase, although I did have to send an email to check because it wasn't updated immediately. They were quick to take care of it, however.

    Inaccurate description on listing that had already sold many of this item. My Samsung m.2 nvme drive 128GB had its S.M.A.R.T. Data examined. It was listed as new, had 140 hours of power on time and a significant number of reboots. The seller offered to return the item, but claimed they purchased them new from their supplier. I felt a accurate review was the most prinicipaled course of action, as I am still okay with the value of the product I recieved. The condition remains USED.
