  Packaging could have been better, but it arrived intact and works fine. I had to reinstall windows because it still had an old account on it. Also didn't come with a charging cord. To be fair the listing didn't say it came with one, but it didn't say it didn't either.

  Seller described the item as “Perfect in Box” with photos of the box but it arrived only in a small, what appears-to-be, a previously used bubble-wrap envelope. Disappointing to say the least. No way to know if my item was already used, re-packaged and then sold as "Perfect in Box", which it is not. I have purchased multiple versions of this same item from this seller and those were indeed in the original boxes - but not this time. Same price but no box!!!
