  I ordered a transfer case but when I got it, it looked like it was tossed around quite a bit from shipping as there was a hole in the side of the box in when I opened it the actuater was broken in peaces I contacted the seller in he sent a replacement free of charge definitely recommend this seller as he made things right a+++ customer service

  Received a junk item that was not as described or pictured in the ad. So I sent it back after the seller admitted his shipper sent the wrong one. Now the seller is claiming I switched it out with another one and sent it back. So bogus and dishonest!!! The seller currently has the item he supposedly sold/sent me for sale right now 6/30.. How is he selling the item i supposedly switched out with another one and sent back. He never had it to begin with and is scamming me and many others probably!

  Strongly disagree with this customer as the customer did scam with us as this buyer purchased the part and received what he purchased and after the return process we never had seen this type of buyer that return the wrong part and after investigation started by eBay, he is making false claim on us as that we are cheating on him i provided the valid pictures to eBay investigation team as well.

  The knuckle was as pictured and described. Thank you. Shipping time as usual with USPS ridiculous. But the absolute worst shipping time possible with USPS. USPS needs to be sold off to a private company and removed from government control. They have completely gone down hill with their stupid woketard policies and people they’ve hired through DEI hiring practices. Fire them all and start over with competent leadership and people who know what they’re doing.
