I don t blame the seller for a defective part -- no manufacturing process is perfect every time. After some back-and-forth communication, the seller provided a 50% refund, which was completely fair.

Never buy from this seller. The product was misrepresented. They offered $3 then $8 as a refund. They didn't want me to return it as it was too much trouble for them. I sent them a photo of the dodgy product they sent me and im pretty sure it was automated responses that were sent to me. The packaging was half falling off when it arrived. I sent numerous messages to them and they refused to cooperate. Do yourself a favour and DONT BUY FROM THESE DODGY PEOPLE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

OMG ordered again to see if the same outcome will occur. Yes it did but this time it was cheaper.
The advertisement states 4 hammocks per order.
I order x2, expecting 8 hammocks to arrive.
No, only 2 hammocks.

Arrived and the Perspex was cracked. It is very fragile and easily broken upon further expection.
Advised seller and then got in a back and forth about getting a refund or getting one resent. They only wanted to refund 10% then half of the price once pushed. I ordered 3 and 2 were damaged one really obviously so I think a refund on one wasn’t a big ask
Would not purchase from them again and would find another business to support
