My experience was disappointing. The eBay description of the cat trap said very clearly “Delivery by the 1st of August”. I paid a 10% premium to get it on time. Today 2nd August I had to buy another cat trap, since there is urgency to try to catch this cat, that we were looking after for other people. We are now responsible for the cat disappearing. So since I no longer need the I item (the cat trap) I ordered from eBay I would like to get my $31 return. And stop the delivery please

Absolutely horrendous service. Ordered 2 rugs, both wrong size delivered. Have been weeks hearing how they have sent a refund and please don’t leave negative feedback.. Weeks later still no refund and every second day a msg to say it’s been sent and it’s 48hrs away. If you want to be scammed out of your money and lied to there the people. I wouldn’t buy anything from them run the other way and stay away, LIARS AND SCAMMERS!

great ebayer but seller should question their courier as i got a txt message on thursday 7/11/24 saying item will arrive between 1.25 and 3.25. if no one home will take to post office, well i was home at that time and was puting xmas lights up on the house, 3.25 came and went and no item, i didnt get time to go to the post office till the 11/11/24 around 4pm and low and behold they were there, whats the point of an address if aust post dont even try to deliver and the seller pays for a delivery
