  The backpack came in exactly like the conditions described and looks just like the picture and it is reasonably priced the seller was very nice and the bag arrived rather quickly the colors look just as shown which was so great for me.

  Arrived damaged. It wasn't packed correctly nor secured inside the box with it being a espresso machine. The seller kept repeatedly asking for pictures & packaging that I sent multi times. Also made the comment that it didnt look like the same machine and it clearly is. Kept asking for the broken piece which IF was broken during shipping wouldn't it be inside the box?? It wasn't which makes me believe it was broken prior to. She basically called me a liar with her words thru messages
