    There was a massive hold up with the delivery, and the book set I bought appeared to have become lost in the mail system and I never actually received. When I brought this to the attention of Xclusive Shopping, the immediately took action, realised it had been lost somewhere and refunded my account. So whilst I didn't actually receive the product in the end, they were extremely professional and responsive to problems that occurred after postage.

    The book arrived in good condition it looks good and seems of good quality but if you are going to order one it does take a very long time to arrive I ordered my on the 7th jan and it arrived on the 11th of march so if your fine waiting for that long I’d definitely recommend purchasing from them the seller was always respectful and helpful in there replies offering a refund if I didn’t wish to wait for the book.

    An absolutely fantastic seller. Unfortunately the package was lost by Australia Post, however the seller communication was perfect and offered a full refund which was paid back immediately. Even though I did not receive the product from no fault of the seller I would definitely buy from them again!!!
