Unfortunately the cup was damaged, possibly in transit, with a hairline crack on the inner lining which made it unusable. Seller immediately offered a full refund. Would certainly commend the seller's customer care and prior to that the communications were good and the item was delivered quickly. Would have no hesitation is using again with confidence.

The jars and the lids were all filthy and was put as "in excellent condition" I then sent a message which I never got a response to... luckily theres an automatic return process, I still had to make the effort of repackaging and sending it back. Given I saw the issue from the get go, sent it back in the same box and method it came in. But this seller wasted alot of my time. NOT AS DESCRIBED. THE VALUE FOR THE LACK OF 2 JARS IS VERY LITTLE COMPARED TO BUYING NEW.
