I have never had to leave a negative feedback on the dozens of sellers I've bought from; however, I am so unhappy with this seller. I order bread/butter plates based on the description provided by the seller. I received salad plates which I do not need or want. Seller has a no return policy but told me a week ago that it was their mistake and they would fix it. They said they'd ship the properly sized plates out that day or next. Since then I've emailed 3x and have been ghosted. No refund; Nada
