    I ordered 4 packs of this incense but Desire Center only had 2 left. They emailed promptly to ask if I'd prefer a refund or did I want to select another product to add to my order. I opted for the refund which was promptly processed. The incense arrived really quickly, wrapped very well for the journey.     I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with this purchase. I’m a grad student trying to save on my books. It was definitely a gamble buying a DSM this affordable, but I’m so glad I did.     DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!! I CANT SAT IT ENOUGH DO NO BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Ordered and pay for some books come damaged and unreadable. They wanted me to pay for the postage to send books back at £46pounds would not get this refunded.. Will not give me my full money back. Saying they issued refund over 2 weeks ago of 50% but still haven't got it. So basically I have paid for unreadable booked the value of nearly £80! DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER!!!!

    The time between payment and shipping was 7 days. I was not in a hurry to get the item so I wasn’t worried about it. I did start to wonder what was going on after 5 days without an update. On day 7 the tracking was provided. It would have been nice to have gotten a message informing me of late shipment. All in all I got what I ordered so I’m not upset. Yes, I would order from this seller again
