Item arrived on 27th, as stated. Not entirely happy with packing, as the items had been folded over and stapled into a smaller shape. I presume this was to pack them into a smaller package. I had to spend some time carefully tweezering the staples out so as not to damage my items

I ordered 50 plant support canes but only received 25 in a damaged plastic bag. I reported this to seller who asked for a photograph. (How do you photograph missing items? If I was trying to be dishonest, I could have damaged the bag myself.) However, the seller implied that I was not being truthful. (Why on earth should I lie over a few sticks?) I feel insulted and offended by such poor customer handling of a genuine and honest complaint.

I merely asked to see the packaging from Royal Mail showing the damage as I have no other way of seeing the item. Someone wouldn't go to a shop stating that a product had missing parts without taking the product with them so why is it unreasonable for me to just see a picture. Buyer refused to provide a picture and I can't see why they would refuse to provide this if they were being honest.
