    Postage was on time and we'll packed. Great value for the price. Vase was as described. I didn't know about crackle glass until recently, I'd come across and purchased some clear crackle glass vases incased in bronze flower type motifs which looked Art Nouveau although made in the 60's. They were so cheap for the quality. I'd seen this vase and admired the beautiful pink glass and green base and such a good price and now it's mine.

    I did not request a refund, I sent message to seller, and explained I was willing to wait, as seller informed me had been away on holidays. I asked seller to supply shipping and tracking information when it was sent.

    Not sure what the issue is a full refund was made when I couldn't verify to my satisfaction that item was safley sent due to being away for christmas. This order was placed on christmas day. So rather that prolonging shipping had someone ship the item for me. unfortunately the docket got midplaced and as this customer was salty on having to pay for postage and i couldnt upload the tracking imformation i just refunded the order as i was unhappy with the transaction. wasnt worth the argument.
