Seller sent the incorrect item out the 1st time... they sent 8mm bolt bobbins and I ordered 10mm bolt bobbins... they then sent out a 2nd lot of which were exactly the same as the 1st lot the wrong size... I have since sent 2 messages asking for the correct size 10mm bolt bobbins but the seller is not responding to messages and has not sent the item I ordered...

Sorry - I thought I'd sent you an update before I left work on Friday.. Unsure how I made this slip up twice, but your M10 bobbins were sent out on Friday, along with a new mailing bag and a pre-paid Royal Mail label, so the incorrect ones can be dropped in your nearest post box at your convenience. If these haven't arrived today, they should be due arrive with you tomorrow as they were sent out on Royal Mail 24.

Items never arrived royal mail signed for in but even put wrong name and just a picture of wheelie bin diamond race don’t respond so bad feedback it is and pursue with eBay
