Die Kamera kam professionell verpackt an. Sie ist wie beschrieben in einem guten Zustand und funktioniert einwandfrei. Leider lag der Canon Kamera ein Nikon Ladegerät bei, welches nicht genutzt werden kann. Ich hoffe insoweit nach telefonischer Rücksprache noch das zugesagte und im Angebot abgebildete Gerät zu erhalten.

I bought a Canon R6 with an EF adaptor. In the main photo of the ad, the adapter was the one with an ND filter. After the purchase, the seller said they changed their mind and would ship the camera with a cheaper adapter, and if I wanted the one in the main photo, I would have to pay an extra €200. This is not how it works, you cannot advertise with an adapter and then after the sale ask for more to get what was advertised. They refused to ship with the adapter and we canceled the purchase.

Als beim Versand ein Fehler passiert ist, hat der Verkäufer sich umgehend und zuvorkommend um die Behebung gekümmert. Let s be clear : I received an item that was not functional, but the seller proposed to compensate for it. Previous review was too negative, and it was about the object itself I received. Based on the seller s offer for service, I changed it into positive.

I should point out that : - the seller DOES replace or compensates for goods that are defective, etc. - it was my choice to keep the camera (even not functional) and to use it for other purposes. - the seller was absolutely willing to take back the defective items.
