Poorly packaged and damaged on arrival, even after asking for better packing at order time. Seller refused to replace or cover return and ebay had to step in. Easily avoidable if the seller just cared and did things right. Pathetic. Avoid doing business with oblivious and arrogant seller.

The customer did not want to help with send item back as we are in Sydney Australia and customer was in the USA and we could organize the return of item. So ebay stepped in and gave him his money back and he got to keep the item for free. This customer has done this to us before will not sell to this customer anymore same problem he has had twice. We send item all over Australia & Overseas no problem with anyone else.
