Great communication, professionalism, worked with me on price since I was buying this 10mm 14k gold bracelet as well as a 10mm 14k gold chain at 28 inches. Both came in weighing more than they were supposed to. Bracelet weighs 4 grams over quoted and the chain weighs 5 grams more than quoted.
