The item arrived well packaged however the parts have rust on them so I asked for a Partial refund. Of £10 and he declined and told me to pay the postage to return I'm not happy!!

THE TWO BEARINGS IN QUESTION WERE BRAND NEW FROM KOYO IN THEIR SEALED PACKAGING, WE REQUESTED THAT THE ORDER BE RETURNED FOR INSPECTION, BUT TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN RETURNED. WE DO NOT ISSUE PARTIAL REFUNDS WITHOUT THE FAULTY ITEM BEING RETURNED FOR INSPECTION AS PER EBAY RULES. WE AGREED TO REFUND ANY RETURN COSTS ONCE RECEIVED AND VERIFIED. WE HAD ALSO ALREADY GIVEN HIM "FREE" A SMALL END BEARING AND PISTON CIRLCIPS WHICH HE SEEMS TO HAVE OVERLOOKED !!!
