The item arrived well packaged however the parts have rust on them so I asked for a Partial refund. Of £10 and he declined and told me to pay the postage to return I'm not happy!!

THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS KIT AT ALL, CUSTOMER CONFIRMED THIS TO US, HIS ISSUE WAS WITH ANOTHER ITEM HE PURCHASED, BUT REFUSED TO RETURN ITEM FOR VERIFICATION. WE DO NOT ISSUE PARTIAL REFUNDS WITHOUT THE FAULTY ITEM BEING RETURNED FOR INSPECTION. WE AGREED TO REFUND ANY RETURNS COSTS ONCE RECEIVED. WE HAD ALSO ALREADY GIVEN HIM "FREE" A SMALL END BEARING AND PISTON CIRLCIPS WHICH HE SEEMS TO HAVE OVERLOOKED !!!
