    A great experience with the seller. There was a minor issue with the Post Office not properly tracking the package. Seller provided immediate feedback and resolution alternatives. This is how all sellers should communicate. The cooktop did arrive as the seller predicted. Once I gave it a good cleaning, it was in much much better condition than my old one. Just installed it and is working great on a 29 year old stove. Saved me about $800. Thank you.

    My glass range was damaged in transit. I received a full refund and the company was very kind and refunded my money. I can tell even with how the glass was broken that the item was well taken care of. The frame was in good shape. Communication was in a timely manner on EBay. I wish I could’ve used it.
