    This is the second computer I have bought from them, well packed double wall box with good quality air bag packing as usual, but even with that, the carrier somehow managed to break the front plastic grille. Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. Highly recommend this seller and would happily do business with them again! A+++++

Ship'd back on Mon. Rcvd a full refund the same week, 4-days after sending it back. Out of pocket for 9-days but the SELLER MADE IT RIGHT. The item was more powerful than I needed for my personal usage so I returned it and bought a different one from this company. The company backs up their refund policy very well. I returned the item for a quick full refund with no questions asked. The even paid the return postage.
