  This Company is very professional. We had a misunderstanding and the item I ordered was shipped to the wrong address. They were able to get the item shipped to me and offered a full refund. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A+++ As for the speaker: it came packed very good. The speaker was as described and was brand new. The price of the speaker was very very fair. Once it was setup it worked better than expected. Overall appearance was in perfect shape.

  Not seller’s fault, but FedEx banged up the item a bit. I contacted the seller and they were very quick and easy to deal with and help with my issue and providing me multiple options to fix my problem with the device. The item was well packaged and in great condition other than the damage from FedEx. I would definitely buy from this merchant again, item was a great value and high quality, and customer support was top notch.
