Tears as you remove sticky tape off the product as you unwrap it. Over priced courier fees. For size and weight $40 is over the top, and when try to communicate with the seller, they either refuse to answer and ignore you or are in no way helpful of rectifying the issue of the tearing from their packaging even when you supply photos. Absolute nightmare and waste of money in my view. Would have possibly worked if it wasn’t ruined through the packaging from factory.

IXPE is one of the best for floating floors. 1.2mtrs it's regard as bulky item & it's outside metro area. Ebay price was $40 and you agreed. if don't like it don't pay it. $5 go to Ebay & paypal, $4 GST, $28 for courier, plus labour, tax and free gift.
