I ordered a toner cartridge that would work on a Dell 1720 printer and that is not what was sent and received. So what do IO do now in getting the right on and sending this one back to you and or the money refunded. This box says it as good for a HP not for a Dell 1720 printer.

Very poor service. Only partial order arrived and the ink cartridges that were sent were over a year expired. Tried to cancel the rest of delayed order and get refund but Kristleg sent them weeks late anyway and refused my refund or any concession. Could not open return shipping label. Items not as described (from all different manufacturers, expired and late). No consideration. Very poor- do not use this company!
