I notified the vendor and they immediately sent a replacement, with a different brand. That cartridge worked immediately...no problems.     Took a while to receive not shipper fault it was USPS problem. Took some time to get our Epson printer to accept cartridge kept saying not original. Finally got where I got question asking if cartridge was original and answered yes then worked. Not sure if will keep asking every time we turn on Printer. Printed fine when got printer to accept cartridge.
