    Through no fault of the seller item arrived leaking , seller took all steps that could be expected ( it really wasn’t their fault item was really well packaged but looked like royal mail squashed it) partial refund given to make up for leaked product as I didn’t want hassle of returning and there was plenty left to use . Excellent response time couldn’t have been more helpful . Would use again . Thank you

    Brilliant, exactly what we were looking for - discontinued item by manufacturer so delighted to track this down. Excellent communication with seller. Item well packed and dispatched within a day of ordering. Shame Royal Mail let them down by taking a week to deliver, but not the seller's fault. Would buy from here again.

    After an initial hiccup that was mainly my fault, the seller gave exceptional service & great communication, all helped by Royal Mail (for all it’s recent criticism & shortcomings) being able to get the item from Northern Ireland to S.E. England in less than 48 hours! The sat nav itself is excellent, far better in my opinion than the current TotmTom models. Very satisfactory eBay experience.
