  Dealer unable to supply but honest in their advice. Instead of shipping a known ,damaged item ,I was contacted and advised of the situation. I accepted the offer of a refund and that was processed within a couple of days. Despite my disappointment I appreciate the vendors honesty and would purchase from them again.

  I should have read the customer reviews but instead I believed eBay! - "Top Rated seller: One of eBay's most reputable sellers. Consistently delivers outstanding customer service." I guess I can't complain. After all they did refund my money after delivering to someone else's chair outside a front door (not mine) instead of my post office box and even provided a photo to prove it! They refunded my money even though I asked them to resend. Read the reviews this seller has a track record!!!
