  Immediate shipping with product as descrbed. The package was careful, but the original box was a mess and the cap on the product 's jar was cracked and broken off in two places. Seller specified this flaw in the description as a warning that it wasn't appropriate for giving as a gift. I will shop with her again.

  Item as described, I wasn’t sure if it could’ve been open because there was no cover on the inside of the jar. Seller trying to be fair. the only problem I seem to have is how the seller messages and want you to pay for items before you’re done bidding on other items. As it plainly says right on the listings, they combine shipping so it should not be a problem. They should not be messaging people asking them to pay for single item when I’m waiting to pay for five or six items.

  If you do combined shipping with us there isn't a way to make eBay put the item aside for more than 3 days no buttons to push nothing therefore I have to ask for payment of an item you will be paying that price for. This is something eBay needs to fix if I didn't ask for payment you will actually get a non payment strike I have contacted eBay regarding this and this was the resolution so offering combined shipping is a process especially if your going to bid on items a week later

  Order was packaged for safe delivery and arrived as described. Seller left note explaining why order was delayed (which was totally fine) but it shows excellent customer service. Great shampoo and conditioner set for an amazing price.
