  While there is a long scratch in the plastic screen that was not described or shown in the pictures (I'm assuming the seller has/had multiples of the item), otherwise the item is as described, arrived promptly, and was very securely packaged. I've dealt with this seller previously and they have superb communication and overall service, so I'll let this minor discrepancy slide and still recommend them highly.

  Packaging was over the top, and I appreciated it. I got my work out for the day getting in the bobble wrap. The price for the glass was good (same as the Derby Store). Your shipping charge was appropriate for the package. The Derby Store wanted twice as much. I really appreciated the message concerning my order. I will look for you next year for a glass, if you have them.
