    I bought the wrong item for my needs but I'm reviewing the seller. I had excellent communication when I was trying to figure out why it wasn't working - not the device, technical issues I had only. I had bought the incorrect device. A return was offered with all the conditions made clear. The refund was made on the same day I received eBay msg that it had been returned. The charges were very fair and I was pleased that I even got anything back - approx 2/3 of the price. Excellent service 👍
