    I must say that I received everything on time, the screen was well packaged with complete security, fast shipping, in general everything was fine, but what I want to highlight is the customer service, excellent.     I badly needed this LED item as I broke my laptop screen and decided to DIY. The seller was so kind and professional, giving me great advice, very fast shipping ++ and excellent packaging to protect the screen in transit. what more could I ask for! Highly recommend and had a great experience. The only thing I am waiting on is the return duty on tariff which the seller's logistics company takes care of but DHL sent me this tariff tax in error, just FYI.

However, shipping was slow and no communication until I open a case because the delivery date passed. It took a week longer than stated but I finally received the screen. Overall, it was worth the money. The screen was brand new and looked perfect. My only complaint was the slow shipping and if there was going to be a delay, they could have just emailed.
