I contacted the seller to let them know when the belt arrived it had an M label but was most likely a S size as it was very small and not within the measurements posted in their ad. They ignored me completely. I then elevated it with eBay to get a refund or the proper size and returned it and they still tried to weasel their way out of resolving the issue by saying the item was no longer in good condition although it still had all tags on and had only been tried to put on once

The size sent was correct. It was very clear on the description that item can't be returned or exchanged due to hygiene purpose. Once tried it was consider USED already.
