  I was pleasantly surprised how fast I received the printer in a near brand new condition. The printer was packaged exactly how it was depicted in photos.   Tray had a crack but still worked. It was well packed and package delivered undamaged so I don’t believe it was damaged during shipping.   excellent seller. great value item. appearance of item came basically brand new. it was for my company so i appreciate the seller giving such a nice item that doesnt look used at all and functionally brand new. the shipping was super fast and also the packaging was imacculate. the seller used custom self rising foam to custom pack the monitor with perfect packaging. labeled it on the outside as fragile. will definitely save seller and buy from again in future!

  One of the best sellers in eBay. The printer was pristine and printed perfectly. The printer was well worth the price point and was shipped very quickly. I had to purchase a new cartridge, but I didn’t consider that a problem. Do yourself and check out what they have available. Their communication was also excellent.

  Can not praise seller enough!!! We moved recently. Ebay sent order to the wrong address. Seller intervened, had package returned and resent to new address. Monitor was professionally wrapped and arrived in good condition. Am using it to compose this messages, I anticipate it to work well for years to come. Highly recommend!
